1st March Update: 'Social Impact Of The Year’ Award, new hire, XRPL token and more!

Award

Our CEO Leanne won the 'Social Impact Of The Year’ Award at the 2023 Women In IT Awards last week at the prestigious JW Marriot Grosvenor House ceremony in Mayfair. The event saw over 400 attendees across a variety of tech industries.

Winning the award is a great accolade for the Crypto industry to showcase its uses for good in front of the likes of JP Morgan, Google, Facebook, Amazon and IBM to name a few attendees.

This is what Omid Shiraki the CIO of Westminister City Council said upon announcing us as award winners;

Their mission and cutting-edge platform recognises and rewards public service workers who are often undervalued and underpaid, providing them with recognition and financial rewards, as a way of just saying "thank you".

They have shown a deep commitment to sustainability, aiming to use a carbon-neutral blockchain and strict security measures to ensure the safety of all tokens.

What's more, they have partnered with Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity, funding 30 specialist nurses to receive training in the mental health of child patients and their families. This initiative has shown remarkable alignment with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals and it is my great pleasure to announce them as the winner of the Social Impact Project of the Year”.

New Hire

Our new full-time Marketing Executive begins today. The team want to offer Diana a warm welcome and we are extremely pleased to have her as part of Giving To Services.

Platform

We are in the final stages of the platform and are deciding on a launch date which will be confirmed soon. Here are a few details regarding the new XRPL token and platform ahead of the launch:

• Once we start switching the existing token holders onto XRPL-SVS, you will have a 90 days grace period to ensure all your old ERC20-SVS tokens are on the platform and swapped for the new XRPL-SVS token.
• During the period of getting all existing token holders onto the platform some features will be offline initially while we get everyone swapped over.
• The token lock-ins (used to be called staking) are active between 1^st - 5^th of every month so you can only lock in on those dates.
• The lock in APR is as follows:

• Lock for 3 months - 2.25%
• Lock for 6 months - 8%
• Lock for 12 months - 20%
