SVS audited by CertiK

The Giving To Services team are really pleased to announce our SVS token has completed its audit process by CertiK, the global leader in smart contract and blockchain security.

The auditing process pays special attention to the following considerations:

• Testing the smart contracts against both common and uncommon attack vectors.
• Assessing the codebase to ensure compliance with current best practices and industry standards.
• Ensuring contract logic meets the specifications and intentions of the client.
• Cross referencing contract structure and implementation against similar smart contracts produced by industry leaders.
• Thorough line-by-line manual review of the entire codebase by industry experts.

During the process CertiK found one major issue that required action and one informational issue that didn’t.
‍

The major issue concerned ‘Centralisation/Privilege’, namely that a mint function existed that would allow attackers or the owners to mint unlimited tokens. This function has now been burned, locking the total supply of SVS to 10,000,000,000 (10 Billion). As a result of us burning this ability CertiK have marked this issue as ‘Resolved’ and we need take no further action.

We’re very happy with our score of 93% and our current ranking of #70 out of 1400 CertiK audited tokens, but we’re always working to improve!
